Tuesdays and Thursdays@ Orange Yoga Studio, Cheltenham
12.30 - 1.30pm in Studio 1
A Vinyasa Flow class that usually starts gentle and then moves to a series of dynamic sequences to get your heart rate up and maybe even a develop a sweat! We then cool down into twists and folds later on, coming back to the ground and spending time in full relaxation at the very end. Props and mats available.

Wednesdays @Abbey Fields Community Centre, Winchcombe
Beginners - 6.30 - 7.30pm Wednesdays from September 3rd ‘25
A class for those who have no previous experience of yoga, are returning after injury or a long break and want to take things a little slower and re-familiarise themselves with the foundational postures. We work gently and slowly to build strength and flexibility, taking time. Lots of repetition each work allows students to get a feel for creating a practice they can replicate at home if they want to. Beginners is best booked in 6 week blocks for consistency as we build each week on things we’ve learnt in the previous week. It is necessary to be able to get up from the floor to standing. Mat provided.
Mixed Abilities - 8 - 9pm Wednesdays (ongoing)
This class is best for people with some experience of yoga or who already have a regular exercise or movement practice in their lives. We move through a flowing practice of dynamic movement with lots of emphasis on the breath. Postures are later broken down and explained with time to practice a peak pose in more detail. There is a relaxation (Savasana) at the end. Mat provided.

New class for those right in town who need a morning time stretch, energise and relax all in one class! In a beautiful studio in the centre of the bustling Leckhampton area of Cheltenham there’s a lovely cafe downstairs for that post class refreshment as well:) Expect a class that allows gentle exploration, playful, non pressured practice and lots of stealth strength building to leave you feeling empowered!
Thursdays @Abbeyfields Community Centre, Winchcombe
9.00 - 10.00am Cleeve Annex Room
This 9am -10am morning slot is perfect for those who want to start their day with an energising flow that works on the whole body. This class is aimed at people with some basic experience but will go at a pace that is easy to follow and keep up with. Moving through classic sequences and then ending with savasana. All welcome, come along and try.
Saturdays @Postlip Hall - Outdoor summer classes 2025
These classes are all mixed abilities and take place on the beautiful top terrace outdoors at Postlip Hall community. We finish with drinks and snacks and people are welcome to stay and chat or wander the grounds.
