Workplace Yoga classes

Workplace Yoga is a specialist practice that comes to you in your place of work. Lunchtime or at the end of the working day. We all know that sitting all day isn’t great for our bodies and the best way to create a habit is to tag it onto something you always do - in other words going to work!

These classes work to address common concerns that often arise from desk-based work. Tight necks, stiff upper backs, wrist pain, shallow breathing, poor posture. You will be offered many ‘modifications’ or choices in the postures, encouraging you to get to know your own patterns of movement and create a practice tool-kit that’s personal to you. Simple habits that you can take off the mat into life.

No need to bring a mat or any props, socks or bare feet best. Comfy trousers preferred.
